I’m a soul on a mission to help people like you to master your life and energy, so that you can become the greatest version of YOU.
For over 25 years, I struggled with chronic illness.
Little did I know I was super energetically sensitive, which was causing me to be on high alert all the time, which then had a cascading effect on my overall health.
Eventually, I got so sick, depressed, and hopeless, that I almost took my life.
That was my breaking point. My “dark night of the soul.” I knew things had to change.
So, I left my job and ended my long-term romantic relationship. I also moved, got a new job, lost weight, and began meditating and reading metaphysical books. Everything was changing. I was taking my life back.
For the first time in my life, I felt healthy.
Amidst all this transformation, my spiritual gifts started to open up.
Suddenly, I could connect with the other side, predict the future, and see what was wrong in peoples’ bodies.
It was a lot to handle because I was a science teacher who knew nothing about the metaphysical world, but I stayed curious and continued to learn.
I began mapping the energetic body and memorizing patterns of energy. I kept track of what alleviated pain, discomfort, and dis-ease and noticed that emotional patterning was keeping people from fully healing.
That’s when I became obsessed with understanding the role of the mind and our emotions in our ability to create the life and health we want.
Now, I teach people all around the world how to shift their mindset, conquer their fears and become the greatest version of themselves.
